Office of Student Services

The Office of Student Services' (OSS) goal is to help all students realize their full leadership potential through co-curricular activities- especially athletics, Christian service, clubs, and student organizations. OSS works to make sure each and every student at SMCHS feels connected to the school and has an outlet to showcase their talents and interests. We are committed to our school mission to graduate well-rounded students who are inspired by faith, intellectually enriched, and integrated individuals.

Please stop by or contact OSS if you have any questions about how to contribute your talents to SMCHS' teams, clubs and organizations, opportunities for Christian service.  OSS is located on the main floor of the West Wing, across from room 20.

Don't wait to make a difference!  Start your Christian Service hours today!

SMCHS Christian Service Policy

3 simple steps to completing Christian Service Hours:

1) Download and print the Christian Service Questionnaire.  Submit a completed copy to your religion teacher for approval and to receive log sheet.

2) Record service hours on SMCHS log sheet (keep white and yellow copies attached!).

3) Submit hours on designated due dates and complete Reflection Project at the end of each semester.

All hours must be preapproved by a student's religion teacher or Mrs. Rice (for hours completed during summer but not part of the summer school course) in order to receive credit for serving them.

Want to know where students can complete service hours?  Stop by the Office of Student Services or click here and get connected to one of the many local agencies that are in need of assistance!
